介绍了大型焦炉由于炭化室增高导致炉温调节存在的问题,国内外均在焦炉下部箅子砖部位进行调节。中冶焦耐采用的是可调式箅子砖结构,欧系(德国Uhde公司、意大利PW公司)焦炉采用的是喷嘴板调节方式。

This paper introduced problems in adjusting temperature of large-scale battery due to the increased oven height,normally,the temperature adjustment is conducted at the lower part of coke oven which is laid with sole flue port bricks both at home and abroad.ACRE adopts adjustable sole flue port brick structure while European batteries(Uhde,Germany and PW,Italy)are equipped with nozzle plates for the adjustment.
