大型贮配煤筒仓配煤不仅满足配煤工艺要求,而且符合当前环保要求,但大型筒仓存在堵塞问题。根据某焦化厂的筒仓特点,应用了一种旋风式助流清堵设备,介绍了该设备的结构组成和使用方法。该旋风式助流清堵设备可有效解决贮配煤筒仓棚料堵塞问题,大幅提高筒仓的使用效率。

Large-size coal blending silo can not only meet process requirement,but also comply with current environment norms.However in actual operation,blockage could occur due to coal bridging.Based on the features of coal silo,a cyclone type pneumatic clearing device was developed and its structure and application was introduced in this paper,which can effectively solve the coal bridging in the silo and greatly improve its service efficiency.
