摘要
介绍了干熄焦锅炉连续排污水热量回收的工艺方案,通过水水换热器回收干熄焦锅炉连续排污水的热量以减少汽水换热器的蒸汽消耗量。同时分析了工程经济和技术经济等指标,干熄焦锅炉连续排污水热量回收项目收益良好,投资回收期短。
Heat recovery process from continuous blow-down of CDQ boiler is introduced,i.e.water-water heat exchanger is adopted to recover the heat from continuous blow-down of CDQ boiler so as to minimize steam consumption of steam-water heat exchanger.Engineering economy and technical economy are analyzed.The result shows that the return on investment is good and the payback period is short.
