摘要
组织边界对组织活动的效率和组织成长起着限制和调整作用。组织边界理论为辨析国有企业的职能与身份定位提供了一种新的思路。基于组织边界理论,从效率边界、权力边界、能力边界和身份边界等四个方面系统讨论国有企业管理现状与存在的问题,并提出相关建议。
Organizational boundary plays a role in restricting and adjusting the efficiency of organizational activities and organizational growth.Organizational boundary theory provides a new way of identifying the functions and status of state-owned enterprises.Based on the organizational boundary theory,it is from efficiency,boundary,power,and boundary,The four aspects of capability,boundary and identity boundary will systematically discuss the management status and existing problems of state-owned enterprises,and put forward relevant suggestions.
