摘要
目的分析急性呼吸窘迫患者应用机械通气治疗的临床应用价值。方法将高唐县人民医院于2018年1-12月收治的急性呼吸窘迫患者100例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组给予肺保护性机械通气治疗,对照组给予常规机械通气治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、临床疗效及治疗总满意率。结果观察组治疗后PaCO2为(40.32±6.32)mm Hg,PaO2为(81.33±10.33)mm Hg,明显优于对照组(48.61±6.31)mm Hg、(72.31±10.36)mm Hg;观察组患者总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的70.0%;观察组治疗总满意率为98.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性呼吸窘迫患者治疗中给予肺保护性机械通气进行治疗,有利于患者治疗后临床指标的恢复,提升患者的临床疗效及满意率,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of mechanical ventilation in patients with acute respiratory distress. Methods From January to December 2018,100 patients with acute respiratory distress admitted to Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected as the observation objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given lung protective mechanical ventilation,while the control group was given conventional mechanical ventilation. Arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and total satisfaction rate of treatment were observed between the two groups. Results After treatment,PaCO2 and PaO2 in the observation group were(40.32±6.32)mm Hg and(81.33±10.33)mm Hg,which were significantly better than(48.61±6.31)mm Hg and(72.31±10.36)mm Hg in the control group;the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 96.0%,significantly higher than 70.0% of the control group;the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.0%,higher than 80.0% of the control group,and the differences above all were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute respiratory distress,the lung protective mechanical ventilation treatment was conducive to the patients’ recovery of clinical indicators,improve the clinical efficacy of patients and the satisfaction rate,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
