摘要
目的提高铁路疾控系统致病菌检测能力,加强实验室质量管理体系的落实。方法中国铁路总公司于2018年12月组织各个集团公司的疾控机构开展实验室间盲样比对。依据实验室质控考核样说明同时参照GB 4789系列及GB8538系列操作步骤对编号为29的食源性致病菌盲样进行增菌、分离、纯培养后完成初步生化鉴定,最终出具结果报告。结果在盲样中分离培养后的初步生化鉴定结果是乳糖反应为阴性创伤弧菌。结论初步检出乳糖反应为阴性的革兰阴性弧菌时应进一步深入鉴定,结合其他生化反应及特定培养基上的菌落形态,以防止出现漏检情况。同时此次考核也为预防创伤弧菌感染的发生及流行提供了理论依据及技术支持。
Objective To improve the detection capacity of pathogenic bacteria in the railway disease control system and strengthen the implementation of the laboratory quality management system. Methods China Railway Corporation organized the group’s disease control institutions in December 2018 to carry out blind sample comparisons between laboratories. According to the laboratory quality control test samples,and referring to GB 4789 series and GB 8538 series operation procedures,the blind samples of food borne pathogens No. 29 were enriched,isolated and cultured,and the preliminary biochemical identification was completed,and the final result report was issued. Results Preliminary biochemical identification results after isolation and culture in blind samples showed that the reaction of lactose was negative Vibrio vulnificus. Conclusion When the reaction of lactose was initially detected negative gram-negative Vibrio,it should be further identified,combined with other biochemical reactions and colony morphology on specific culture medium,so as to prevent missed detection. At the same time, the assessment also provided theoretical basis and technical support for the prevention of Vibrio vulnificus infection.
