Application progress of microbial testing technology

医院感染是患者在医院就诊时比较担心的问题,患者进入医院后发生的感染情况均被称为院内感染。感染主要分为内源性感染与外源性感染,检查方法是利用微生物检验技术分析病原菌,以此确诊。近些年来,由于人口老龄化趋势的不断加深,以及治疗过程中因抗生素的不合理使用、医疗卫生污染等诸多因素,使得医院内感染现象时有发生,在一定程度上影响了患者的治疗效果。因此,为控制医院内感染现象的发生情况,保证医疗卫生的服务效果,本文重点综述临床应用微生物检验技术对控制院内感染的效果,以督促医疗卫生服务水平进步,维护患者身体健康。

Nosocomial infection is a problem that patients are worried about when they go to the hospital for treatment. The infections occurring after patients entering the hospital are called nosocomial infections. The infection is mainly divided into endogenous infection and exogenous infection. The detection method is to analyze the pathogenic bacteria by using the microbial test technology,so as to confirm the diagnosis. In recent years,due to the deepening trend of population aging,irrational use of antibiotics,medical and health pollution and many other factors in the treatment process,nosocomial infection has occurred from time to time,delaying the treatment effect of patients to a certain extent. Therefore,in order to control the occurrence of nosocomial infection and ensure the effect of medical and health services,this paper focuses on the summary of the clinical application of microbiological testing technology in the control of nosocomial infection,so as to urge the progress of medical and health services and maintain the health of patients.
