优质护理对改善鼻咽癌放疗患者皮肤炎的效果

Effect of high quality nursing on improving dermatitis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy

目的探讨优质护理服务对鼻咽癌放疗患者皮肤炎起到的改善效果情况。方法选取广东省阳江市人民医院2017年6月-2019年6月接诊的鼻咽癌放疗200例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组给予临床常规护理,观察组给予临床优质护理。比较两组临床满意度评分、舒适度评分及皮肤炎恢复时间。结果观察组临床满意度评分和舒适度评分均高于对照组,观察组皮肤炎恢复时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中针对鼻咽癌放疗患者提供良好的优质护理,可以明显提高临床满意度以及舒适度,缩短皮肤炎恢复时间,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To discuss the improvement effect of high quality nursing service on the improvement of dermatitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy. Methods Two hudred patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy in Yangjiang people’s Hospital of Guangdong Province from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group according to random number table method. The control group was given routine clinical care,and the observation group was given clinical high-quality nursing. The clinical satisfaction score,comfort score and skin inflammation recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical satisfaction score and comfort score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the skin inflammation recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Providing high quality nursing care for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy could significantly improve clinical satisfaction and comfort,and shorten the recovery time of dermatitis,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
