森林公园生态环境服务的游客感知评价研究——以江苏省7家森林公园为例 被引量:16

摘要 从游客感知角度评价森林公园的生态环境服务,有利于优化利用森林资源、促进森林公园的可持续发展。文章以江苏省7家森林公园为研究对象,运用探索性因子分析法和重要性及其表现分析法从游客感知视角评价森林公园的生态环境服务。研究结果表明:(1)将森林公园生态环境服务归纳为森林资源保护、生态环境维护、生态文化传播、森林旅游产品、管理与安全保障及社会与经济发展6大要素。(2)游客对江苏省森林公园在森林资源保护、生态环境维护和生态文化传播方面感知的评价较高,森林资源多样性的感知重要性均值为4.321,而感知表现性均值为3.215,说明资源存在单一性问题。(3)游客对游览标识设施的感知重要性均值为4.421,而感知表现性均值为3.725,说明游览标识的数量、布局等问题需要重点关注与改进。(4)游客在森林防火管理方面的感知重要性均值为4.475,而感知表现性均值为3.652,说明在森林防火的宣传与教育方面,管理者仍需加以重视并通过不同方式进行形象化展示。(5)游客认为森林公园应为周边居民带来更多的就业与培训机会,而实际感知表现性均值仅为3.317;同时,在提升周边居民环境保护意识方面的感知表现性均值也仅为3.291,说明森林公园在创造社会价值和履行社会责任方面仍存在较大提升空间。文章最后探讨了提升森林公园生态环境服务的具体策略,为未来森林公园的高质量发展提供建议。 Evaluating the forest park eco-environment services level from the perspective of tourists’perception is beneficial to the optimal utilization of forest resources and sustainable development of forest parks.Taking seven forest parks in Jiangsu Province as the research object,this paper used exploratory factor analysis and IPA method to evaluate the eco-environmental services of forest parks from the perspective of tourists’perception.The results showed that:(1)the eco-environmental services of forest parks are classified into six elements:forest resource protection,ecological environmental maintenance,ecological and cultural communication,forest tourism product,management and safety assurance,as well as social and economic development.(2)Tourists have higher perception and evaluation on forest resource protection,ecological environmental maintenance and ecological and cultural communication of the forest parks in Jiangsu Province.However,the average perceived importance of the diversity of forest resources is 4.321,and the average performance is 3.215,indicating the problem of single variety of resources.(3)The average perceived importance of sightseeing signs is 4.421,while the average performance is 3.725,which indicates that the number and layout of these signs need to be focused on and improved.(4)The average perceived importance of tourists in fire prevention management is 4.475,while the average performance value is 3.652,which indicates that managers still need to pay attention to the publicity and education of forest fire prevention,and carry out visualization display to the tourists in various ways.(5)Tourists think that forest parks should bring more employment and training opportunities to the surrounding residents,but the actual performance average is only 3.317,and the average performance in improving the environmental protection awareness of the surrounding residents is only 3.291,which indicates that for the forest park,there is still much room for improvement in creating social value and fulfilling social responsibility.Finally,the paper further discussed the strategies to improve the eco-environmental services of forest parks,and provided suggestions for the high-quality development of forest parks in the future.
