PRDM1和ZEB2在子宫内膜癌中的表达及预后评估 被引量:2

Endometrial carcinoma prognosis correlates with the expression of PRDM1 and ZEB2

摘要 目的探讨正性调控域锌指蛋白1(PRDM1)和E盒结合锌指蛋白2(ZEB2)在子宫内膜癌中的表达。方法选取2013年1月-2014年1月什邡市人民医院肿瘤科收治的87例行肿瘤切除术子宫内膜癌患者进行研究,收集癌组织和癌旁正常组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测两组PRDM1和ZEB2表达,分析二者表达与临床病理参数关系,二者表达相关性及对预后评估的价值。结果子宫内膜癌组织中PRDM1阳性率为63.22%,高于癌旁组织的22.98%(P<0.05);ZEB2阳性率为50.57%,高于癌旁组织的18.39%(P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌患者癌组织中PRDM1和ZEB2表达与年龄无关(P>0.05),而与癌组织分化、肌层浸润、病理分期、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);子宫内膜癌患者PRDM1和ZEB2表达呈正相关(r=0.343,P=0.001)。随访5年,子宫内膜癌组织中PRDM1阳性患者中位生存时间为(43.74±2.22)个月,低于阴性患者(52.33±2.42)个月(P<0.05),阳性患者预后5年存活率为38.18%,低于阴性患者的68.75%(P<0.05);ZEB2阳性患者中位生存时间为(42.25±2.25)个月,低于阴性患者(51.52±2.15)个月(P<0.05),阳性患者预后5年存活率为36.36%,低于阴性患者的65.12%(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌患者组织中PRDM1和ZEB2均呈阳性表达,与临床病理参数相关,二者表达呈正相关,PRDM1和ZEB2阳性率高患者中位生存时间短,预后较差。 Objective To investigate the expression relationship of positive regulatory domain zinc finger protein 1(PRDM1) and zinc finger E-box-binding protein 2(ZEB2) in endometrial cancer(EC).Methods 87 patients with endometrial cancer who underwent tumor resection in Oncology Department of Shifang People’s Hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected for the study.Cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected,the expressions of PRDM1 and ZEB2 were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationships between their expressions and clinicopathological parameters,the correlation between their expressions and their values on prognosis evaluation were analyzed.Results The positive rate of PRDM1 in EC cancer tissues was 63.22%,which was higher than 22.98% in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The positive rate of ZEB2 was 50.57%,which was higher than 18.39% in the adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expressions of PRDM1 and ZEB2 were not related to age(P>0.05),but related to tissue differentiation,myometrial invasion,pathological stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expressions of PRDM1 and ZEB2 in EC patients were positively correlated(r=0.343,P=0.001).After 5 years follow-up,the median survival time of PRDM1 positive patients was(43.74±2.22) months,which was lower than(52.33±2.42) months of negative patients(P<0.05).The5-year survival rate of positive patients was 38.18%,which was lower than 68.75% of negative patients(P<0.05).The median survival time of ZEB2 positive patients was(42.25±2.25) months,which was lower than(51.52±2.15) months of negative patients(P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate of ZEB2 positive patients was 36.36%,which was lower than 65.12%of negative patients(P<0.05).Conclusions The expressions of PRDM1 and ZEB2 in EC patients were positive,which were correlated with clinicopathological parameters,and there was a positive correlation between the two expressions.The patients with high positive rates of PRDM1 and ZEB2 had short median survival time and poor prognosis.
