摘要
生物碱类化合物具有丰富的生理和药理活性。对生物碱进行高灵敏度的检测,有利于研究其药动学过程,并对生物碱类化合物的筛选和临床应用提供科学依据。本文主要总结了近年来在生物碱检测技术方面的研究进展,重点评述了具备不同界面纳米材料的电化学传感器在生物碱测定中的技术应用,并对其今后的发展进行了分析和展望。
Alkaloidshave abundant physiological and pharmacological activities.The high-sensitivity detection of alkaloids is conducive to the study of the pharmacokinetics process and provides a scientific basis for the screening and clinical application of alkaloid compounds.This article mainly summarizes the research in alkaloid detection technology in recent years,reviews the technical applications of electrochemical sensors with different interface nanomaterials in alkaloid determination,and analyzes and prospects its future development.
