摘要
封闭式镶配件加工是钳工技能综合训练、技能竞赛和考试考核中的常见项目,教科书中对凹件内腔较大面积余料的去除只提供了排孔法,这一工艺技术方案存在劳动强度大、工作效率低等问题,针对这一现状,笔者提出大孔法去凹件余料的新工艺方案,并从加工技术难度、工作效率和劳动强度等多维度进行系统对比分析,经多层次系列化大量实践,最终得出大孔法去凹件余料比传统排孔法优势明显。大孔法加工封闭式镶配件不仅为从事相关专业技术的人员提供实操参考,也为钳工技能训练指导用书对凹件余料去除新的工艺技术方案提供理论支撑。
Closed set processing accessories is a common project and test in fitter skill integrated training,skills competition and exam,a textbook on the concave inner cavity over a large area of material removal only provides hole method,this technology scheme with low labor intensity and work efficiency problems in the present situation,the author put forward a method of macroporous to concave excess stock of the new process,and the difficulty of processing technology,the efficiency and the intensity of labor and so on multi-dimensional system comparison analysis,the multi-level series of practice,finally it is concluded that big hole method to concave parts shows more obvious advantages than the traditional hole method.The large-hole method not only provides practical reference for the personnel engaged in related professional technology,but also provides theoretical support for the new process and technical scheme of removing residual material from concave parts in the fitter skill training instruction book.
