国产与进口起搏器患者的生活质量随访观察

Follow up Observation on Life Quality of Patients with Domestic and Imported Pacemakers

目的:比较国产起搏器(Qinming 2312S/M)与进口起搏器(百多力PhilosⅡS、圣犹达2406L)植入后患者的生活质量。方法:选取某三甲医院2017年8月~2019年4月期间植入心脏起搏器的患者122例,分为两组进行观察,其中进口起搏器组68例,国产起搏器组54例,比较两组患者在术前3天、术后3个月和6个月的生活质量。结果:与起搏器植入之前相比,两组患者术后3个月、6个月的生活质量各项指标均有明显改善(P<0.01),而两组患者各阶段生活质量指标评分均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:国产起搏器植入患者的生活质量与进口起搏器相比没有明显差别,而国产起搏器性价比更高,值得推广。

Objective:To compare the quality of life of domestic pacemaker(Qinming 2312S/M)and imported pacemaker(Biotromik philosⅡS,St.Jude 2406L).Methods:From August 2017 to April 2019,122 patients with pacemaker implantation in a hospital were divided into two groups for observation.68 cases were implanted with imported pacemaker and 54 cases with domestic pacemaker,to compare the quality of life of the two groups at 3 days before operation,3 months and 6 months after operation.Results:Compared with the patients before pacemaker implantation,the quality of life of the patients in the two groups were significantly improved at 3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in quality of life index scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:There was no significant difference in the quality of life between domestic and imported artificial pacemaker,and domestic pacemakers were more cost-effective and worth popularizing.
