权欲观中领导者的“看淡”心理与“看重”态度

摘要 使用权力、引领发展、有所追求的过程中,领导者应秉持"看淡"心理而寡欲、平静、柔和、坦然,但为维系激情、延续动力,也应同时保持"看重"态度而尽责、积极、明志、作为。基于此,领导者应轻权势但重其使用、轻职位但重其效用、轻成败但重其过程、轻教训但重其启发,最终提升眼界和格局。
