采自江西的2个小蘑菇属中国新记录种

Two New Records of Micropsalliota from Jiangxi Province

经宏观特征、微观结构比较,并结合ITS基因序列系统发育树分析,将采自江西省南昌市江西农业大学植物标本园的2份小蘑菇属(Micropsalliota)标本鉴定为大孢小蘑菇(M.megaspora)和肉褐孢小蘑菇丝膜变种(M.brunneosperma var.cortinata),均为中国新纪录种。文中详细描述了二者的形态特征及其相近种的识别特征,并编制了中国小蘑菇属已知种分种检索表。研究标本存放于江西农业大学菌物标本室(HFJAU)。

Micropsalliota megaspora and M. brunneosperma var. cortinata were reported for the first time in China, and described in detail based on the collection from Jiangxi Agricultural University. The analysis of morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analyses of ITS were used to identify. Detailed description, illustrations and key to Micropsalliota species of China are presented. The examined specimens are deposited in the Herbarium of Fungi of Jilin Agricultural University(HFJAU).
