摘要
为寻求安全可靠、经济可行的污水处理厂达标尾水出路,在综合分析江苏省南通市通州城区达标尾水排放现状及排放规模的基础上,结合南通市相关规划,提出了通州城区达标尾水在导流排江的思路,从技术可行性、法规相符性、环境可行性等方面进行了分析,并采用平面二维水质水量数学模型预测了通州城区达标尾水不同排放工况下对长江南通段水环境的影响。研究结果表明:通州城区污水处理厂达标尾水近期实施导流排江方案是可行的,可为区域水资源规划及水环境保护工作提供重要依据。
In order to find a safe,reliable and economical way for tail water discharge of sewage treatment plants,based on the comprehensive analysis of the discharge status and discharge scale of the tail-water in Tongzhou urban area,combined with the relevant planning of Nantong City,the scheme of tail-water diversion and drainage in Tongzhou urban area was put forward.The scheme was analyzed from aspects of technical feasibility,code compliance,environment feasibility.A two-dimensional mathematical model of water quality and quantity was used to predict the water environment impact on Nantong section of the Yangtze River under different flows of tail-water.The results showed that it was feasible for sewage treatment plants in Tongzhou urban area to discharge the tail-water.The study can provide an important basis for regional water resources planning and water environmental protection.
