洞式溢洪道引渠导墙优化设计及三维布筋研究 被引量:5

摘要 溢洪道进口引渠导墙结构型式直接影响到溢洪道的水流流态。通过两河口水电站溢洪道1∶40的系列水工模型试验对进口引渠右导墙的平面体型进行了优化,使其在不影响溢洪道泄量的前提下,水流流态达到最优。对进口引渠右导墙典型剖面结构进行优化,以尽量节约混凝土方量,并复核其抗滑稳定性与基底应力成果。基于优化设计后的引渠右导墙结构,运用中国电建集团成都勘测设计研究院有限公司基于CATIA平台二次开发的RebarSmart钢筋数字化交付系统,对两河口水电站洞式溢洪道右导墙结构进行三维布筋,并在系统上直接完成三维校审与出图,对钢筋图的出图形式进行了全新研究,实现了钢筋三维数字化布筋和出图一体化,为推进水电工程的BIM设计进行了有益探索。 Structural style of intake guide wall of tunnel spillway affects flow pattern of the spillway.Based on results of 1:40 hydraulic model tests,the plane layout of the right intake guide wall was optimized to make flow pattern of the spillway to be the optimal without reducing discharge capacity.Typical profile structure of the right intake guide wall was also optimized to save concrete,and its stress and stability calculation was checked to make sure standard requirement was met.On the basis of the optimized design of the right guide wall structure,using the digital delivery system of RebarSmart steel bar secondary developed by HydroChina Chengdu Engineering Corporation Co.,Ltd.,we carry out 3D reinforced bar arrangement to the right guide wall structure of the Lianghekou tunnel spillway,and complete 3D proofreading and drawing directly on the system.This paper conducts a new study on the drawing form of reinforcement drawing,realizes integrated design and drawing of 3D reinforced bar arrangement,and makes a good exploration for the promotion of BIM design in hydropower projects.
