摘要 针对反渗透海水淡化装置专业技术人员培训周期长、业务针对性差、误操作风险高等问题,集成了HLA/RTI作为分布式仿真支撑工具、虚拟场景生成和绘制工具作为渲染引擎、沉浸式交互设备作为人机接口等关键技术,开发了反渗透海水淡化装置虚拟样机和交互式支撑环境,构建了"过程工艺模型+DCS控制仿真+三维虚拟操作环境"的海水淡化技能培训系统。该系统采用虚拟现实技术直观地揭示了海水淡化真实的工艺原理、操作流程、故障处理方法,可对海水淡化操作和维护人员进行有针对性、自主性和安全性的培训,结合虚拟培训设施,避免了传统培训风险,获得了专业知识和实际经验,并多次用于商务部组织的发展中国家海水淡化管理研修班的培训,具有很好的应用推广价值。 In order to solve the problems of reverse osmosis seawater desalination,such as long training cycles,lack of training target and high mistakes,HLA/RTI is used as a distributed simulation support tool,virtual scene generation and rendering tools are used as rendering engines,and immersive interactive devices are used as human-machine interfaces,the virtual prototype and interactive support environment is developed for the reverse osmosis seawater desalination device,and a"process technology model+DCS control simulation+threedimensional virtual operating environment"seawater desalination technology training system is constructed.The system uses virtual reality technology to intuitively reveal the real process principles,operating process and troubleshooting methods of seawater desalination.It can provide targeted,independent and safety training for seawater desalination operations and maintenance persennel.Combined with virtual reality facitities,the risks of traditional training are avoided,and gaining professional knowledge and practical experience are obtained.This system has been used in the training of seawater desalination management seminars for the developing countries organized by the Ministry of Commerce many times,and has good application and promotion value.
