摘要 为解决某型装备制动轮轴承在高转速、重负荷条件下的润滑问题,研制了制动轮轴承润滑脂。根据制动轮轴承的工况,设定了制动轮轴承润滑脂技术指标。通过对稠化剂,基础油和添加剂的选择,确定了制动轮轴承润滑脂由酰胺钠稠化剂,合成酯基础油,0.5%的胺型复合抗氧剂及硫-磷-氮抗磨极压剂组成。研制的制动轮轴承润滑脂的滴点>300℃,蒸发度(22 h,177℃)为3.42%,相似黏度(-30℃,10 s-1)为307 Pa·s,低温(-40℃)启动力矩为0.15 N·m,低温(-40℃)运转力矩为0.09 N·m,轴承腐蚀试验为1级,磨斑直径(60 min,392 N)为0.56 mm。制动轮轴承润滑脂具有优良的高低温性能,抗腐蚀性能和抗磨损性能,达到了设定的技术指标要求,并且达到或超过了进口润滑脂的水平。(图0表7参考文献1) In order to solve the lubrication problem of the brake wheel bearing of a certain type of equipment under the condition of high speed and heavy load,the brake wheel bearing grease was developed.According to the working condition of brake wheel bearing,the technical index of lubricating grease for brake wheel bearing was set.Through the selection of thickeners,base oils and additives,it was determined that the lubricating grease for brake wheel bearing was composed of sodium amide thickener,synthetic ester base oils,0.5%amine type compound antioxidant and sulfur phosphorus nitrogen anti-wear extreme pressure agent.The results showed that the drop point of the grease was more than 300℃,the evaporation(22 h,177℃)was 3.42%,the similar viscosity(-30℃,10 s-1)was 307 Pa·s,the starting torque at low temperature(-40℃)was 0.15 N·m,the operating torque at low temperature(-40℃)was 0.09 N·m,the bearing corrosion test was grade 1,and the scar diameter(60 min,392 N)was 0.56 mm.The brake wheel bearing grease had excellent high and low temperature performance,anti-corrosion and anti-wear performance.It had reached the set technical index requirements and reached or exceeded the level of imported grease.
