齿轮油中与温度相关的三个理化性能回归分析

摘要 就WT320合成齿轮油在风力发电机主齿轮箱中的运动黏度,密度和比热等随温度的变化情况进行了研究与回归分析,并得到了回归方程。运动黏度-温度回归方程的相关系数为0.9996,密度-温度回归方程的相关系数为0.9994,比热-温度回归方程的相关系数为0.9993。利用这些回归方程可以计算齿轮油在不同温度下的运动黏度,密度和比热等基础数据,为风力发电机齿轮的设计和齿轮油的研制提供参考。 It was studied and regressive analyzed about the variation of kinematic viscosity,density and specific heat of WT320 synthetic gear oils with temperature in the main gearbox of wind turbine and the regression equation was obtained.The correlation coefficient of kinematic viscosity and temperature regression equation was 0.9996,the correlation coefficient of density and temperature regression equation was 0.9994,and the correlation coefficient of specific heat and temperature regression equation was 0.9993.These regression equations could be used to calculate the kinematic viscosity,density and specific heat of gear oils at different temperatures,which could provide reference for the design of wind turbine gear and the development of gear oils.
