In order to standardize and unify the quality level of shield seal greases(lubricating greases)to meet the actual requirements of shield industry development in China,the Petrochemical Group Standards of“Shield Seal Grease Series Products and Test Methods”including shield tail seal grease,main bearing grease and main bearing seal grease was formulated.The basis,content and related methods of Petrochemical Group Standards for“Shield Seal Grease Series Products and Test Methods”were interpreted.The formulation and implementation of the standard“Shield Seal Grease Series Products and Test Methods”would effectively promote the standardization and normalization of shield seal greases,improve the seal and lubrication level of shield machine,and achieve the goal of synchronous development with international advanced level,which had significant social and economic benefits.
