摘要
榨糖机滑动轴承运行工况恶劣,对润滑脂的性能要求较高。研制的榨糖机滑动轴承润滑脂由高黏度基础油,10%聚异丁烯黏度指数改进剂,复合磺酸钙稠化剂及1.5%的复合抗氧剂(1.0%胺型抗氧剂+0.5%酚型抗氧剂)组成,具有良好的抗水性能和机械安定性能,摩擦因数低。应用表明,榨糖机滑动轴承的温度降低了11℃~17℃,供脂压力下降了3.0 MPa,润滑脂的消耗量下降了28.6%,降低了能耗,节约了成本,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The working conditions of sliding bearing of sugar press were bad,and the performances of grease were required to be high.The sliding bearing grease for sugar press was composed of high viscosity base oil,10%polyisobutylene viscosity index improver,complex calcium sulfonate thickener and 1.5%complex antioxidant(1.0%amine type antioxidant+0.5%phenol type antioxidant).It had good water resistance,mechanical stability and low frictional coefficient.The application showed that the temperature of sliding bearing of sugar press was reduced by 11℃~17℃,the pressure of grease supply was reduced by 3.0 MPa,and the consumption of lubricating grease was reduced by 28.6%.And the energy consumption was reduced and the cost was saved.It had good economic and social benefits.
