摘要
聚α-烯烃(PAOs)具有良好的黏温特性,低温性能和氧化安定性。由于制备PAOs的原料和催化剂不同,工艺也有所差别,导致不同品牌的低黏度PAOs的分子结构也有所不同,这将直接影响到PAOs的氧化安定性。对9种低黏度PAOs的红外光谱进行了分析,发现在1151 cm-1处的吸收峰与PAOs的起始氧化温度(IOT)相关。1151 cm-1处的吸收峰越强,PAOs基础油中侧链甲基的含量就越高,起始氧化温度(IOT)就越低,氧化安定性就越越差。(图5表3参考文献11)
Poly-α-olefins(PAOs)had good viscosity temperature characteristics,low temperature properties and oxidation stability.The molecular structure of low viscosity PAOs with different brands was different due to the different raw materials and catalysts used for the preparation of PAOs.This would directly affect the oxidation stability of PAOs.The infrared spectra of 9 kinds of low viscosity PAOs were analyzed.It was found that the absorption peak at 1151 cm-1 was related to the initial oxidation temperature(IOT)of PAOs.The stronger the absorption peak at 1151 cm-1,the higher the content of branched chain methyl in PAOs base oils,the lower the initial oxidation temperature(IOT),and the worse the oxidation stability.
