智慧护理策略在老年病区的应用与效果评价

Effects of intellectual technology-based nursing strategy in geriatric ward

目的:分析智慧护理策略在老年病区护理工作中的应用效果。方法:将中央信息大屏、中央智慧监护系统、智能陪伴系统、智能输液监控系统、智能引擎和知识库系统等智慧护理策略应用于老年病区,观察其应用效果。结果:智慧护理策略应用后,老年病区护理不良事件发生率和身体约束率下降(P<0.05);临床护理质量、患者及家属满意度和护士满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论:老年病区应用智慧护理策略优化了传统的护理工作流程,明显提升了护理质量、护理安全、患者和护士满意度,具有较好的可推广性。

Objective:To explore the effects of intellectual technology-based nursing strategy in nursing work in geriatric ward.Methods:An intelligent nursing system that included central information large screen,central intelligent monitoring system,intelligent companion system,intelligent infusion monitoring system,intelligent engine and knowledge base system and other intelligent was used in geriatric ward,and the application effect was evaluated.Results:After the application of intellectual technology-based nursing strategy,the incidence of nursing adverse events and restraint rate in geriatric ward decreased(P<0.05);the quality of clinical care,the patient and family satisfaction and nurse satisfaction increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intellectual technology-based nursing strategies in geriatric ward is benefit to optimize the traditional nursing workflow,and improve the quality of nursing care,nursing safety,patient and nurse satisfaction.
