本文针对查干湖、新庙泡现状存在的诸多问题,设置湖泡的合理汛限水位,联合调度查干湖、新庙泡洪水,建立科学的调度方案。既要保证查干湖、新庙泡的周边人民生命财产安全和灌区排水通畅,同时保障查干湖下游的防洪安全,又要兼顾湖泡的兴利效益,是本次洪水调度方案研究的主要任务和需要解决的根本问题。
