摘要 Web3.0互联网深入融合发展激发网络营销的升级更迭,SoLoMo下传统企业的转型成为行业研究的热点。文章借助SWOT方法对传统企业转型面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了深入分析,进而对SoLoMo进行新的诠释,建立“SC-LI-MP”模型,以步步高百货为案例探究该模型引导传统企业转型的可行性,并提出传统企业转型互联网的三大发展策略,对传统企业探寻互联网下的转型有借鉴意义。 The development of Web3.0 Internet integration has stimulated the upgrading of Internet marketing,and the transformation of traditional enterprises under SoLoMo has become a hot topic of industry research.In this paper,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by traditional enterprises in transition are deeply analyzed with the help of SWOT method,and then a new interpretation of SoLoMo is made,and a“SC-LI-MP”model is established,taking Bubugao Department Store as a case study,this paper explores the feasibility of the model guiding the transformation of traditional enterprises,and puts forward three development strategies for the transformation of traditional enterprises to the Internet.
