摘要
本文制备了一种有机(甲基丙烯酸十二烷酯)-与无机硅胶(r-MPS、TMOS)杂化整体柱,优化了各种制备条件,在最佳配比的条件下,有机-无机物之间发生了聚合反应,同时,利用红外光谱与环境扫描电镜对整体柱材料进行表征。在毛细管电色谱(CEC)模式下,利用硫脲、苯及苯酚类等物质对整体柱的分离性能进行初步研究。
An organic-inorganic hybrid monolithic column was preparaed and the condtions of preparation was optimized with the organic monomer(LMA)and inorganic silica(r-MPS and TMOS).Under the optimized ratio of the preparation conditions,the organic-inorganic polymer monolith materials were polymerization.The monolithic column was characterization with the IR spectra and SEM.The separation perfromance was studied by capillary electrochromatography(CEC)with thiourea,benzene and phenol.
