煤矿机电管理存在的问题及其策略研究

Study on the Problems and Strategies of Coal Mine Electromechanical Management

煤矿企业在生产过程中,煤矿机电设备的质量好坏非常影响企业的经济效益和生产效率,机电设备在煤矿企业的生产和运输过程中发挥着重要作用。我国科学技术的快速发展和不断更新,使得我国煤矿企业的生产规模和机械化生产的程度都有很大程度的提高,不过也会出现一些安全方面的问题,煤矿企业不够重视机电设备的安全性,直接影响企业的正常安全生产,严重时还会引发安全事故,威胁工作人员的生命。根据一些数据可以看出,我国煤矿安全事故主要是瓦斯爆炸。因此,在实际的煤矿生产过程中,煤矿企业的相关负责人要高度重视机电的安全管理,本文分析了煤矿机电管理过程中存在的问题,并对这些问题提出了一些改进措施。

In the production process of coal mining enterprises,the quality of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines greatly affects the economic benefits and production efficiency of enterprises,and mechanical and electrical equipment plays an important role in the production and transportation process of coal mining enterprises.With the rapid development and continuous updating of science and technology in China,the scale of production and the degree of mechanized production of coal mining enterprises in China have been greatly improved,but there will also be some safety problems.Coal mining enterprises do not pay enough attention to the safety of mechanical and electrical equipment,which directly affects the normal safety production of enterprises,and even causes safety accidents and threatens the lives of workers in severe cases.According to some data,it can be seen that the coal mine safety accident in China is mainly gas explosion.Therefore,in the actual coal mine production process,the relevant responsible persons of coal mine enterprises should attach great importance to mechanical and electrical safety management.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the coal mine mechanical and electrical management process,and puts forward some improvement measures for these problems.
