随着《<煤矿安全监控系统升级改造技术方案>的通知》(煤安监函〔2016〕5号)文件的进一步落实,西山煤电所属大型矿井、煤与瓦斯突出矿井的在用煤矿安全监控系统升级改造在2018年底前逐步完成,继而面临的是集团对所属矿井煤矿安全监控系统的监管问题,本文详细阐述了集团端煤矿安全监控系统联网监管平台的设计与实施,希望给从事这一领域的相关人士一定的帮助和启发,仅供参考。

With the further implementation of the Notice of Technical Scheme for Upgrading and Reconstruction of Coal Mine Safety Monitoring System(Coal Safety Supervision Letter〔2016〕No.5),the upgrading and reconstruction of the in-use coal mine safety monitoring system in largescale mines and coal and gas outburst mines belonging to Xishan Coal and Electricity was gradually completed before the end of 2018,and then faced with the supervision problem of the group's coal mine safety monitoring system.This paper described the design and implementation of the networking supervision platform of the coal mine safety monitoring system at the group end in detail,hoping to give some help and inspiration to relevant people engaged in this field,which is for reference only.
