胫腓血管横断面形成的三角形关系的超声观察及应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的胫腓血管横断面形成的三角形关系的超声观察及应用价值。方法选取50例健康成人100例小腿行胫腓血管超声检查,以利用胫腓血管横切面形成的三角形关系的方法为新法,以既往文献方法为原法作为对照,以能显示小腿3条胫腓动脉及伴行6条深静脉为合格,比较二者成像的合格率。另外将探查径路分三种:前外侧径路、前内侧径路及后侧径路,比较两种方法成像合格所用最少径路数。结果新法成像合格数95(95%),原法成像合格数92(92%),两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在成像中,新法所用最少径路数122,原法成像最少径路数208,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用胫腓血管横断面形成的三角形关系能提高超声检查效率。 Objective To investigate the ultrasonic observation and application value of the triangular relationship formed in the cross section of tibiofibular vessels.Methods Tibiofibular ultrasonography was performed on 100 cases of lower legs of 50 healthy adults.The method of using the triangular relationship formed by the transverse section of tibiofibular vessels was adopted as the new method.The previous literature was used as the original method as the control method.In addition,there are three probe paths:anterolateral path,anterolateral path and posterior path.The two methods were compared for the minimum number of paths used for qualified imaging.Results The qualified number of new imaging method was 95(95%),and the qualified number of original imaging method was 92(92%)(P>0.05).In the imaging,122 was the minimum path used in the new method,while 208 was the minimum path used in the original method(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficiency of ultrasonography can be improved by the triangular relationship of tibiofibular vessels.
