鄂北地区水资源配置工程复杂环境下浅埋隧洞悬臂式掘进机工法研究 被引量:7

摘要 鄂北地区水资源配置工程优良隧洞为浅埋隧洞,临近构筑物多,附近地质条件复杂,隧洞施工对爆破振动和沉降要求严格。介绍了EBZ200H悬臂式掘进机在优良隧洞的应用,包括悬臂式掘进机掘进法和钻爆法的工法比选,掘进机设备选型,施工方法、进度和开挖费用分析等。施工实践表明,采用悬臂式掘进机施工对围岩扰动小、施工效率高、技术合理且经济效益显著。 The Youliang tunnel of North Hubei Water Transfer Project is a shallow buried one with lots of structures in the adjacent area and complicated geological conditions,so the construction has strict requirements for blasting vibration and settlement.The application of EBZ200H boom-type roadheader in Youliang tunnel is introduced,including comparison and selection of boom-type roadheader method and drilling and blasting method,selection of tunneling machines,analysis of construction methods,progress and excavation cost.The construction practice showed that the construction of boom-type roadheader had small disturbance on the surrounding rock mass and was highly efficient.So the consturction was technically reasonable with satisfying economical benefits achieved.
