摘要 为更好地控制鄂北地区水资源配置工程暗涵混凝土浇筑后墙壁裂缝的产生,通过采取抑制混凝土中碱骨料的反应、优化混凝土配合比参数、调整暗涵结构形式以及加强混凝土温控等措施,大大提高了混凝土的抗裂性和耐久性,有效控制了钢筋混凝土裂缝的产生。总结了薄壁结构钢筋混凝土裂缝控制的全套技术成果,可为类似工程提供施工质量控制的技术思路。 In order to better control the cracks of buried concrete culvert in North Hubei Water Transfer Project after placement,four measures were taken such as suppressing reaction of alkali aggregate in concrete,optimizing concrete mix proportion parameters,adjusting the structure of the culvert,and strengthening concrete temperature control,and these measures greatly improved the crack resistance and durability of the concrete,effectively controlled the crack occurrence of reinforced concrete.This paper summarizes the complete set of crack control technical achievements of thin-wall reinforced concrete structure,which can provide technical ideas to improve construction quality control for similar projects.
