The management and use of construction capital of water conservancy projects is one of the important issues in the construction management of engineering projects.Doing a good job on the use and management of construction capital of water conservancy projects according to the construction needs is crucial for ensuring smooth promotion of the construction.On the basis of the practical construction process,the experiences and measures in the management and use of construction capital of North Hubei Water Transfer Project were discussed from the perspective of construction and management department of water conservancy projects.The existing risks are analyzed and the corresponding controlling measures were put forward,which can be a reference for other projects.
