社会力量参与乡村振兴的实践路径研究——以海南省定安县高林村为例

Research on the Practical Path of Social Forces Participating in Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of Gaolin Village in Ding’an County of Hainan Province

社会力量是助力乡村振兴的重要机制,它有助于激发乡村振兴的内部活力,推动乡村社会、经济和文化的根本发展。但是,就目前而言,学界并未对推动乡村振兴的社会力量作出深入的探讨。因此,为了全面认识乡村振兴中的社会力量,文章通过对海南省定安县高林村的振兴与发展过程的详细考察之后认为,社会力量主要是由乡村能人、外出乡贤、社会组织、企业四个部分组成。此外,为了探索社会力量参与乡村振兴的实践路径,该研究从“人”“文”“地”“产”这四个方面具体分析了这四股社会力量是如何在高林村振兴与发展过程中发挥作用的,并对乡村振兴过程中存在的问题提出相应的意见和建议。

As an important mechanism to promote rural revitalization,the social force can help to stimulate the internal vitality of rural revitalization and facilitate the fundamental social,economic and cultural development of rural areas.However,at present,the academic community has not made in-depth discussions on the social forces promoting rural revitalization.Therefore,in order to fully understand the social forces in rural revitalization,this study,after a detailed investigation of the revitalization and development process of Gaolin Village in Ding’an County,Hainan Province,concludes that the social forces are mainly composed of four parts:rural capable people,outgoing rural elites,social organizations and enterprises.In addition,in order to explore the practical path of the participation of social forces in rural revitalization,this study specifically analyzes how these four social forces have played roles in the revitalization and development of Gaolin village from the four aspects of“people”,“culture”,“land”and“production”,and puts forth corresponding opinions and suggestions on problems existing in the process of rural revitalization.
