摘要
化疗作为提高乳腺癌患者生存率的辅助治疗方式得到临床的广泛应用,但化疗药物的联合应用在增强化疗疗效的同时也增加了心脏毒性作用。近年来,随着对化疗药物心脏毒性作用认识的逐步深入,对心脏毒性早期监测的研究备受关注。超声心动图斑点追踪成像技术(STI)作为一项新的超声技术,较常规超声心动图能更准确、敏感地监测化疗药物所致心脏毒性。本文就STI评估化疗药物对乳腺癌患者左心室收缩功能影响的研究进行综述。
Chemotherapy has been widely used clinically as an adjuvant treatment to improve the survival rate of breast cancer patients.However,the combined application of chemotherapeutic drugs enhances the efficacy of chemotherapy and also increases cardiotoxicity.In recent years,with the gradual deepening of the understanding of the cardiotoxicity of chemotherapy drugs,the research on early monitoring of cardiotoxicity has attracted much attention.Echocardiographic speckle tracking imaging technology(STI),as a new ultrasound technology,can more accurately and sensitively monitor cardiotoxicity caused by chemotherapy drugs than conventional echocardiography.This article reviews the STI evaluation of the effects of chemotherapy drugs on left ventricular systolic function in breast cancer patients.
