摘要 超高性能混凝土(Ultra-High Performance Concrete,简称UHPC)是一种力学性能、耐久性优异的建筑材料。文中探索了水胶比、胶骨比、减水剂、硅灰和钢纤维含量等对超高性能混凝土性能的影响,并对其力学性能、流变特性进行表征。推荐UHPC的配比为:水胶比0.18,胶骨比为0.12,硅灰掺量150g,减水剂掺量为2.5%,钢纤维掺量为3%。 Ultra high performance concrete(UHPC)is a kind of building material with excellent mechanical properties and high durability.In this paper,the effects of water binder ratio,rubber bone ratio,water reducing agent,silica fume and steel fiber content on the properties of ultra-high performance concrete were explored,and its mechanical properties and rheological properties were characterized.The recommended ratio of UHPC is:water binder ratio 0.18,glue bone ratio is 0.12,silica fume content is 150g,water reducing agent content is 2.5%,steel fiber content is 3%.
