摘要
2020年6月新发布实施的《JG/T408-2019:钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》修改了竖向膨胀率的指标范围,并增加了28d自干燥收缩的指标范围,文中在此基础上研究硫铝酸盐水泥掺量、石灰石粉掺量、膨胀剂的复配对套筒灌浆料力学性能和膨胀性能的影响。结果表明:套筒灌浆料1d、3d和28d抗压强度分别为:47.1MPa,77.8MPa和113.0MPa,3h和24-3h竖向膨胀率分别为:0.066%和0.166%,28d自干燥收缩为-0.015%,满足新标准的性能要求。
The newly released and implemented "JG/T408-2019: Sleeve Grouting for Rebar Connection" in June 2020 revised the index range of vertical expansion rate and increased the index range of 28 d self-drying shrinkage. On this basis, research The influence of sulfoaluminate cement content, limestone powder content, and expansion agent on the mechanical properties and expansion properties of the sleeve grouting material.
