中西医结合治疗痰热壅肺型ACOS的效果研究

Study on the effect of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine on ACOS with phlegm heat obstructing lung

目的探讨中西医结合治疗痰热壅肺型哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征(ACOS)的临床效果。方法选择2017年9月至2019年8月该院收治的ACOS患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组予以信必可都保(布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂)治疗,观察组在此基础上联合止咳平喘十二味合剂治疗。比较2组肺功能、临床症状、步行能力及炎症因子水平变化情况。结果2组治疗后肺功能、临床症状、步行能力及炎症因子等指标明显优于治疗前,且观察组治疗后各指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论信必可都保联合止咳平喘十二味合剂的中西医结合治疗方案能够更好地改善痰热壅肺型ACOS患者肺功能和临床症状,提高患者步行能力,减轻炎性反应,而且不会增加不良反应发生率,具有更好的临床应用效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome(ACOS)with phlegm heat obstructing lung.Methods 84 patients with ACOS in the hospital from September 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Symbicort(budesonide formoterol dry powder inhaler),and the observation group was treated with Zhike Pingchuan twelve flavor mixture on the basis of the control group.The improvement of pulmonary function,clinical symptoms,walking ability and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,lung function,clinical symptoms,walking ability and inflammatory factors of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and the indexes of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Symbicort combined with Zhike Pingchuan twelve flavor mixture can better improve lung function and clinical symptoms of ACOS patients with phlegm heat obstructing lung,improve walking ability of patients,reduce inflammatory reaction,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,which has better clinical application effect.
