摘要
不同煤种对煤制天然气工艺有不同的影响,客观、科学的分析不同煤种下各装置运行工况及参数变化情况,有利于掌握工艺调整的最优化方案.在实际运行中,通过更换煤种,运用数据对比分析等方法得出直观的结论.结果表明,烟煤明显有利于工况调整,各参数更接近于设计值,各种物料消耗及单耗明显降低,尤其在废水处理方面,能够有效的缓减废水量大对煤制气负荷的制约.在经济运行方面,褐煤成本优势比较明显.对比发现,煤种的适当掺烧也是一种可选择的优化方案.这种方案可以为煤制天然气装置安全、稳定、经济运行提供可靠的技术支撑.
Different kinds of coal have different effects on the process of coal to natural gas.Objective and scientific analysis of the operating conditions and parameter changes of each unit under different coal types is helpful to master the optimization plan of process adjustment.During actual operation,through the replacement of coal type,the use of data analysis and other methods to draw intuitive conclusions.The results show that bituminous coal is obviously conducive to the adjustment of operation conditions,the parameters are closer to the design value,and the consumption of various materials and unit consumption are significantly reduced,especially in the aspect of wastewater treatment,which can effectively alleviate the restriction of large amount of waste water on coal to gas load.In the aspect of economic operation,the cost advantage of lignite is obvious.It is found that coal blending is also an appropriate choice.This plan can provide reliable technical support for the safe,stable and economic operation of coal to natural gas plant.
