福州城区交通拥堵缓解策略

Research on traffic congestion alleviating strategies in Fuzhou urban central area

随着城镇化和机动化的快速发展,交通拥堵已成为城市发展的通病。首先对福州现状交通出行特点进行分析,归纳现阶段交通发展存在的问题。然后围绕广义交通拥堵缓解模式提出“科学规划疏解、均衡基础配套、倡导绿色出行、提高智能交通水平”四个缓堵策略,并落实具体缓堵工作措施,为福州市治理交通拥堵提供参考思路。

With the rapid development of urbanization and motorization,traffic congestion has become a common problem in urban development.Firstly,analyzing the present traffic characteristics of Fuzhou,and summarizing the existing problems of transportation development.Then,based on the general traffic congestion alleviating model,four traffic alleviating strategies are putted forward,“scientific planning and organization,balance infrastructure supporting,promote green travel,improve intelligent transportation,”to provide some suggestion for Fuzhou traffic congestion alleviating.
