摘要 详细分析了成都地铁普通环管片特点,提出管片圆曲线理论排版的简化计算公式。首次提出了地铁隧道普通环管片选型在直线段以盾尾间隙为主,油缸行程差为辅;在曲线段以理论排版为主,盾尾间隙和油缸行程差为辅的管片选型原则。对于现今普遍存在的几种管片选型误区和不正确的做法综合分析,提出正确的观点。希望能对全国盾构施工管片选型有一定的参考作用。 This paper analyzed in detail the characteristics of common ring segment in Chengdu metro,proposed the simplified calculation formula of segment circular curve theoretical layout,firstly proposed the segment type selection principle of common ring segment type selection of metro tunnelbased on shield tail clearance,supplemented by cylinder stroke difference in straight line section,and based on theoretical layout,supplemented byshield tail clearance and cylinder stroke difference,comprehensively analyzed the commonly existed several segment selection misunderstanding and incorrect methods,put forwardcorrect viewpoint,hoping to have a certain reference for segment selection of shield construction in China.
