穴位贴敷防治髋部骨折患者术后恶心呕吐的效果观察

Effect observation of acupoint application on postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with hip fracture

目的观察穴位贴敷防治髋部骨折患者术后恶心呕吐的效果。方法选取河南省洛阳正骨医院2019年4~10月收治的80例髋部骨折患者,分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上给予穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组患者术后恶心呕吐的发生率、治疗效果和满意度情况。结果试验组术后0~<6 h、6~<12 h、12~<24 h、24~<48 h恶心呕吐发生率分别为30.0%、10.0%、5.0%、0.0%,均低于对照组(57.5%、30.0%、20.0%、10.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对防治术后恶心呕吐的总满意率达97.5%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷能有效降低髋部骨折患者术后恶心呕吐的发生率,提高总体治疗效果和满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application on postoperative nausea and vomitingin patients with hip fracture.Methods From April to October 2019,a total of 80 patients with hip fracture in Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital of Henan Province were divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing.The patients in experimental group were treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting,the treatment effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nausea and vomitingin in 0-<6 h,6-<12 h,12-<24 h and 24-<48 h after surgery in the experimental group were 30.0%,10.0%,5.0%and 0.0%,respectively,they were lower than those in the control group which were 57.5%,30.0%,20.0%and 10.0%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate in the experimental group was 95.0%,and the effective rate in the control group was 70.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the experimental group for the prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomitingin was 97.5%,it was 75.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with hip fracture,improve the overall treatment effect and satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
