中医刺络法联合高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗特发性肛门瘙痒症的临床效果

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture method combined with sitting in a basin with potassium permanganate solution in the treatment of idiopathic anal pruritus

目的观察中医刺络法联合高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗特发性肛门瘙痒症的临床效果。方法选取玉门市第一人民医院2016年1月~2019年5月收治的83例原发性肛门瘙痒症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(41例)和对照组(42例),观察组接受中医刺络法联合高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,对照组接受高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,比较两组患者的总有效率与复发率。结果经过2周治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的肛门瘙痒程度、肛门潮湿、皮损颜色、皮损面积评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后的瘙痒程度、肛门潮湿、皮损颜色、皮损面积评分比较均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的瘙痒程度、肛门潮湿、皮损颜色、皮损面积评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医刺络法联合高锰酸钾溶液坐浴能有效治疗特发性肛门瘙痒症,且复发率低,适合在临床治疗特发性肛门瘙痒症中推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with sitting in a basin with potassium permanganate solution in the treatment of idiopathic anal pruritus.Methods A total of 83 patients with primary anal pruritus admitted to No.1 Hospital of Yumen City from January 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(41 cases)and control group(42 cases),the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine pricking method combined with Potassium Permanganate Solution sitz bath treatment,the control group received Potassium Permanganate Solution sitz bath treatment,the total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of anal itching,anal dampness,skin lesion color,and skin area scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the scores of pruritus,anal dampness,skin lesion color,and skin lesion area scores between the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of pruritus,anal dampness,lesion color and lesion area of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture method combined with sitting in a basin with potassium permanganate solution can effectively treat idiopathic anal pruritus,and show a lower recurrence rate,suitable for the clinical treatment of idiopathic anal pruritus.
