电化学发光法测定NT-proBNP的效果及价值

摘要 目的探析N-末端脑利钠肽(NT-proBNP)分别采取电化学发光法、快速测定法进行测定的效果以及评估价值,为临床制定治疗方案提供依据。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月于鞍山市中心医院开展NT-proBNP测定的86例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象,分别通过电化学发光法、快速测定法进行测定,比较两种检测方法的准确度、精密度、灵敏度,对其评估价值进行分析。结果电化学发光法的准确度、精密度、灵敏度均高于快速测定法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电化学发光法用于NT-proBNP的测定具有快速、简便等优势,能够获得可靠、准确的结果,能为临床方案的设计奠定良好的基础。 Objective To explore the effect and evaluation value of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)by adopting electrochemiluminescence method and rapid determination method respectively,and provide basis for clinical treatment planning.Methods A total of 86 patients with cardiovascular disease who needed to carry out NT-proBNP measurement from January 2018 to December 2019 in Anshan Central Hospital were selected as the research objects and measured by electrochemiluminescence method and rapid determination method respectively.The accuracy,precision and sensitivity of the two methods were compared,and the evaluation value was analyzed.Results The accuracy,precision and sensitivity of the electrochemiluminescence method were higher than those of the rapid determination method,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The electrochemiluminescence method used in the determination of NT-proBNP has the advantages of quickness and simplicity,can obtain reliable and accurate results,and can lay a good foundation for the design of clinical protocols.
