急诊操作技能在全科转岗培训中的必要性分析

目的分析急诊操作技能在全科转岗培训中的必要性。方法选取2019年6月~2020年2月上饶市人民医院急诊科培训1个月的94名全科转岗培训医生为研究对象。进行转岗培训医生管理,定期督查,并进行同一标准考核。对本次问卷进行调查,并比较培训前后全科医生对急救知识的掌握情况;统计对本次培训工作的满意度。结果通过调查问卷发现,63.83%培训者未学习过急诊知识,88.30%培训者学到了相关培训知识,但37.23%者觉得培训无法学以致用,且28.72%培训者认为本次培训需进行改进;培训后全科医生相关急救知识的考核合格率高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参加本次培训的全科医生对培训内容、管理工作满意度为93.62%、93.62%。结论对全科转岗医生急诊操作技能进行培训可提高其急救治疗能力,而提高基层医院抢救成功率及转院转诊水平,缓解医患关系,同时为《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》提供有益经验。

Objective To analyze the necessity of emergency operation skills in job-transfer training of general practitioner.Methods From June 2019 to February 2020,94 general practitioners with job-transfer who were trained in the emergency department of Shangrao People′s Hospital for one month were enrolled in the subjects of study.The job-transfer training management and regular supervision were performed,and the same standard assessment was conducted.The questionnaire was investigated,and the general practitioner′s grasp of emergency knowledge before and after training was compared;Meanwhile,the satisfaction with the training was counted.Results According to the questionnaire,it was found that more than 88.30%of the trainers learned the relevant training knowledge,but more than 37.0%of the trainers felt that the training could not be carried out in practice,and 37.23%of the trainees thought that this training needed to be improved.The qualified rate of general practitioners relevant emergency knowledge after training was higher than that before training,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The general practitioners′satisfaction with the training contents and management was 93.62%,93.62%,respectively.Conclusion The training of emergency operation skills of general practitioners with job-transfer can improve their emergency treatment capabilities,thereby improving the success rate of rescue and the levels of transfer and referral in primary hospitals,easing the relationship between doctors and patients,and providing useful experience for the outline for the″Healthy China 2030″initiative.
