GMP实训课在药学专业中的开设与实践效果

Offering and practice effect of GMP practice training course in pharmaceutical specialty

GMP即生产质量管理规范,是一套适用于制药、食品等行业的强制性标准。以现代化的GMP实训中心为平台,突出“现场教学”,培养适应社会需要的各类应用型人才是目前高校人才培养方式的重要改革之一。本研究为进一步体现“以本为本,四个回归”精神在药学专业药剂学课程中分别开设“颗粒剂、片剂及片剂包衣”3个实验项目,结果表明学生通过GMP实训课对生产环境、条件、技术要求工艺流程、质量评价有新的认识,且提高教学互动和教学效果,具有一定的推广意义。

GMP(good manufacturing practice)is a set of compulsory standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry and the food industry.Taking the modern GMP training center as the platform,highlighting the″on-the-spot teaching″and training all kinds of applied talents to meet the society need is one of the important reforms in the university personnel training mode.Therefore,in order to further reflect the spirit of″insisting on taking undergraduate education as the foundation and promoting the four regressions″,three experimental projects of″granules,tablets and tablet coating″are set up in the pharmaceutical courses of pharmaceutical specialty.The results show that students have a new understanding of production environment,conditions,technical requirements,technological process and quality evaluation through the GMP training course,and the GMP training course can improve the teaching interaction and teaching effect,which has certain popularizing significance.
