优质护理干预在慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者中的应用效果

Application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with chronic renal failure and peritoneal dialysis

目的探讨优质护理干预在慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月~2019年6月沈阳市第四人民医院收治的74例慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者作为研究对象,按随机投掷法分为参照组(37例)和研究组(37例)。参照组采用常规护理方法,研究组采用优质护理干预方法,比较两组护理前后肾功能指标[血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Pro)]、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果两组患者护理前的SCr、BUN、24 h Pro水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组护理后SCr、BUN、24 h Pro水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预在慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者肾功能指标并降低并发症发生率,提升患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the care of patients with chronic renal failure and peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 74 patients with chronic renal failure and peritoneal dialysis admitted to the Fourth People′s Hospital of Shenyang City from February 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a reference group(37 cases)and a research group(37 cases)according to the random throwing method.The reference group used conventional nursing methods,and the research group used high-quality nursing intervention methods.The renal function indicators(serum creatinine[SCr],blood urea nitrogen[BUN],and 24-hour urine protein[24 h Pro])before and after nursing,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the SCr,BUN,and 24 h Pro between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The levels of SCr,BUN,24 h Pro in the study group were lower than those in the reference group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with chronic renal failure peritoneal dialysis is significant,which can significantly improve the patients′renal function indexes,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the patients′nursing satisfaction.
