玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩核在前牙修复中的应用效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩核在前牙修复中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1-12月十堰市张湾区人民医院收治的接受前牙修复患者60例(65颗患牙),采取随机数字表法分为观察组(35颗患牙)和对照组(30颗患牙),每组30例。对照组行金属桩核联合烤瓷冠修复,观察组行玻璃纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复。2组修复后均随访2年,比较2组修复效果、桩核冠的损坏情况。结果修复后随访2年,观察组颜色协调性、边缘适合性及修复体完整性均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组牙颈部灰线、牙根折裂及桩断裂方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组冠松动及脱落、桩核松动及脱落方面比较差异不显著(P>0.05),2组均未出现根尖周炎。结论前牙修复中应用玻璃纤维桩效果更佳,具有更好的稳定性、生物相容性及美观性,值得临床推广应用。
