净水型生态透水混凝土的研制

摘要 为提高透水混凝土的净水效果,本文采用四种无机多孔材料(膨润土、硅藻土、沸石、陶粒)掺入透水混凝土中,设计四因素三水平的正交实验;并以透水混凝土的7d/28d抗压强度及对氨氮(NH4+-N)和化学需氧量(COD)的净化效果为评价指标;分别分析了膨润土用量、硅藻土用量、沸石用量、陶粒用量对透水混凝土力学性能及水质净化效果的影响规律,确定了各无机多孔材料的最佳掺量。试验结果表明:膨润土、硅藻土、沸石、陶粒的掺入均可提高透水混凝土的净水效果,但同时也会降低透水混凝土的力学性能,其中硅藻土用量是影响透水混凝土性能及净水效果的主要因素;透水混凝中各无机多孔材料的用量分别为膨润土用量3%、沸石用量5%、硅藻土用量2%、陶粒用量5%时最为适宜。 In order to improve the water purification effect of permeable concrete,this paper uses four inorganic porous materials(bentonite,diatomaceous earth,zeolite,ceramsite)mixed with permeable concrete to design orthogonal experiments with four factors and three levels;and the 7 d of permeable concrete/28 d compressive strength and the purification effect of ammonia nitrogen(NH4^+-N)and chemical oxygen demand(COD)are evaluation indicators;the effects of bentonite,diatomite,zeolite,and ceramsite on the mechanical properties of permeable concrete are analyzed respectively And the influence law of the water purification effect,the optimal dosage of each inorganic porous material is determined.The test results show that the incorporation of bentonite,diatomite,zeolite,and ceramsite can improve the water purification effect of permeable concrete,but also reduce the mechanical properties of permeable concrete.Among them,the amount of diatomite affects the performance and cleanliness of permeable concrete.The main factor of the water effect;the dosage of each inorganic porous material in permeable coagulation is 3% of bentonite,5% of zeolite,2% of diatomite,and 5% of ceramsite.
