摘要
采用乳液聚合工艺,合成一种高耐水性用于墙纸基膜的苯丙乳液。研究了乳化剂,功能单体及交联剂对乳液耐水性,抗冻性,渗透性等性能的影响。结果表明,乳化剂质量含量1.0%,阴/非离子乳化剂质量比例为0.5,并复配反应型乳化剂可综合提高乳液耐水性,渗透性和聚合稳定性;交联剂甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯能有效提高乳液耐水性;功能单体丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺的总含量5.0%,乳液具有较好的抗冻性和聚合稳定性。
Styrene acrylic emulsion used as high water resistant wallper primer was synthesized.It was researched that emulsifier,functional monomer and crosslinking agent could affect the performances of emulsion on water resistance,frost resistance and permeability.The results showed that as the amount of the emulsifier was 1.0%,the mass ratio of the anionic emulsifier to the nonionic emulsifier was 0.5 and adding some reactive emulsifier,the water resistance and permeability of styene acrylic emulsion were improved integrally.In addition,glycidyl methacrylate as crosslinking agent also improved the water resistance.As the total amount of acrylic acid and acrylamide was 5.0%,the frost restance and stability of emulsion were improved.
